Well things have been busy since I got out of the field, and of course they would, it my life, it is always busy right now....and I forgot my camera in the field, so no new field pictures....I will see if I can find an old one, the field was so great, only 6 clients and super mellow, it is really hot out right now, but with the right gear it is easy to beat the intense heat, and the staff I worked with were super psyched to have me out, it is always nice to feel appreciated at work....anyways I came home and got huge smiles from my boys...they missed me and it is always nice to feel missed as a mother...Shad did great with the boys with the help of my mom and the he is always super appreciative of me once I get back realizing how much work it is to have 2 boys under 2....anyway so I got home on Monday and had to do a bunch of stuff for Matt, had Tuesday to lounge around and then wed, Thurs, Friday (evening) and most of Saturday I was watching Matt's kids for him while his wife Steph was out of town, now mind you my day mostly consisted of swimming in the pool and playing games and playing on their playground, but it can get a little exhausting keeping 4 kids entertained while keeping a tiny happy at the same time, kids get bored easy in the summer....then on Saturday evening I went up to Cedar with Dem to Shad's family reunion and didn't get home till midnight, the family reunion was fun...needless to say we were at church late today...I was tired. I have another test this upcoming Friday and we are blessing Taren in church on Sunday....someone please tell me to freakin take some stuff off my plate....I need to SLOW down...anyway I still feel totally blessed and live a great life, I just happen to be doing a lot with that life right now....one more month of school and then I am done with my under-grad....Hooray....Bri I hope Caleb comes soon....I am excited to see what he looks like :) Enjoy the fun pictures, one is of me and Tae at the splash pad and park, it is one of his favorite things to do right now...and some recent ones of Taren...
Well I am returning to the field!!! I am about to work 4 days, and will be gone 3 nights from my cute little baby....and my cute big baby.....My WONDERFUL mom is helping out my overwhelmed husband while I am gone. I am really excited to go back into the field, and hopefully it will give me some time to reset my sleeping schedule because we usually go to bed by 10pm in the field and since I won't be waking up all night maybe I can finally catch up.....I know Bri what you are thinking because it is the field we are talking about, but I tell you since having kids, I usually get better uninterupted sleep in the field....anyway I will tell you how it went when I get back and hopefully have some cool pictures to share for all...:)
Well today was Father's day where I honor and celebrate having the BEST dad in the world....a dad who was always there for me and truely expressed his love for me, a day to honor my husband Shad and the wonderful dad he has been and continues to be to our wonderful boys.....and it was also my sister Kristen's birthday as well as one of my dearest friends and family member's Demeree's birthday, her and Kp share the same birthday, so we rallied up to vegas to celebrate and have some fun since Kp lives there and some of her co-workers were throwing her a party. It was fun and I got to meet some really cool people....:)Now I am home late, ready to feed my baby and get ready for my crazy week, I have some work to do, and I need to study for my test to take by thursday so I can go into the field for the first time this year....should be interesting...:)

I missed him so much and he came back with my parents today....I have tons of fun pictures and stories to tell about his week with them that I will tell throughout the next couple of weeks, in the meantime I have to shout out to my WONDERFUL parents...I am so dang blessed to have had the special opportunity to be a part of a family with them...they are AWESOME, and their is just no way to say thank you enough for all they have done for us! THANKS MOM AND DAD...your the BEST!
So this outfit is my new favorite! I got it from Tanya, her husband is Josh and he is the logistics director at 2n, anyway they came over and brought us dinner and gave Taren this cute baby outfit....I LOVE it, I mean he isn't too happy, but I had to shoe off this outfit! I had the most phenomenal experince with Demeree last night and I am so grateful for her friendship, it is too personal to blog about to the whole world, but I will say it was special and I am so grateful for the opportunities that the lord opens up for me in my life for personal awareness and growth! :)
Well now I have to lock the deadbolt because guess who can escape?....yes it is my little curious george...he now has figured out how to open the doors....oh and before he left to grandma and grandpas....he found places where we haven't sealed the drywall and started pulling out insulation....hello please don't touch your eyes before I can wash that all off your hands....I guess its a good thing at times, it makes us want to get the house done faster....I miss Taegyn...I will see him sunday though! :) He did some funny things with Grandma K and Grandpa and I will post more about that later, now its time for bed and time to take another test tomorrow. :)
Well after submitting my project proposals for my internship this year...I find I have some rare extra time to blog....I like doing this..it is therapy for me and a nice way to journal...ok so how am I really doing these days...well I am somewhat overwhelmed, I really have just added way to much on my plate...it is a combination of not saying no and trying to help people I care about while at the same time trying to take care of the whole family by myself...is it any surprise I am sick...and both my babies are too? after realizing I am trying to work, take care of a new baby, a toddler and Shad now...trying to make sure Mony has enough exercise so she doesn't spaz out in the pen...trying to make it to Young womens wednesday nights and planning lessons every 3rd sunday in YW's....on top of trying to keep the house clean and meals prepared and watch Dem's kids so she can work....add not getting much sleep since Taren still wakes up every 2-4 hours...and let's cherry top it with school....fast summer classes...what was I thinking!!! I know if I can just make it through this next month 2 or 3 things will be off my plate and things will start to slow down a little and shad will be way more mobile and at least walking without crutches....I just found out Tae has double ear infections and taking the antibiotics have given him a nasty yeast diaper rash....so he is in pain every time I change him....Taren has thrush in his mouth so we both have to be treated for yeast...I have decided to start giving Tae and Taren some Accidophilus to combat the overflow of yeast and I as well will be taking it.....geez I mean what the hell,....quite the month of may I tell ya! well now its june and if I can just make it through this month I can gather myself all back together and get back to normal...well just not doing so much....I just want to make sure I get good grades, I feel like I am on the last lap to finish and I want to finish well! Anyway enough venting, I truely still feel so blessed....my mom and dad are coming to pick up Taegyn tomorrow and taking him for the week to give me a break and give me time to study so I can take my test on friday. I love them so much, they are so good to me. And they are such great grand parents, I know Tae will have a blast with them! It is starting to get really hot here, so swimming/biking and all sorts of summer fun here I come!!!
Well it has been awhile...I am wiped out and starting to get sick, I am trying to nip it in the bud before it gets worse...which means more rest, and letting go of some things....so I think I am going to be released as mia maid advisor and then we are going to say goodbye to mony....we both like her, but with Shad not being able to jog or do anything like that for at least 4 months, I don't want to be the one mainly in charge of her and having to exercise her....anyway I don't think we are ready for a dog commitment anyway...we need a fenced in yard first....with those two things off my plate life should be a little easier....:) With Shad down I find myself way busy....so I may be a sparse blogger for awhile....
Well the verdict is out....Shad has torn his ACL and other ligaments in his game last saturday....we found out Thursday evening and he is going into surgery right now...he will be down for about 2 weeks and then we move into the long road of healing and physical therapy,.......no sports for him all summer.....maybe just golfing....
So here was my crazy day....I woke up at 8am, Matt called me and later told me he didn't mean too...but the call got me up so I decided to check my email, I answered a few work emails, scored some testing and got Taegyn up to eat breakfast...which lately mind you has become somewhat of a challenge lately, this kid used to eat whatever I gave him, now he is deciding he has preferences...and doesn't eat half of what I give him, it is a miracle he is getting bigger....anyway, the other difficult part of all this is once I feed him, Taren is usually hungry, so I have to feed him and then I can finally sit down and eat something...Geez hello breakfast is ridiculous sometimes...Then I decided I wanted to take a nap, I was way tired since I finally got to sleep at 2am...I am telling you folks, I have got to go to bed at 9 or something so that when I wake up every 2-4 hours I am not so tired during the day...its hard though because sometimes at night is when I get most of my studying and work stuff done....anyway so I laid on the couch, I have pretty much Taegyn proofed the house so I wasn't to worried about a little 20 min nap on the couch while Taegyn played with his toys, I guess you would call it resting because I still get up and look if it all of the sudden goes all quiet, just to make sure Tae is ok....well he was playing with his toys...and then I fell asleep and realized it was all quiet...I shot up to look for Taegyn and guess where he was...he was at the foot of the couch asleep as well, all 3 of us had fallen asleep, I was so surprised because Taegyn rarely does that...it was nice, the Secoya came over and we made muffins for when we would meet up with Asia and Canyon....well muffins apparently wear the toughest of kids out because Coya went and laid on the couch and fell asleep while Tae took another nap, I got Taren to fall asleep again and whala I could go take a shower...! yeah, well I picked up the kids, brought them back to my house, got them all excited about going to my co-ed softball game with promises for ice cream after...so at 5pm we packed up and headed to the field, I had to get Mony first because since Shad is done with his work week he only had the moto...so packed car...well 1 game turned into 3 games, I didn't know if we kept winning we would have to keep playing, Shad met me there and after the first game he was mad that I didn't tell him we were playing more than one game, I told him I had NO idea and that I was told today would be our last and final game....well we won all 3 games and by the second and third game I was hitting really well, very nice since I have been a little rusty...the hard thing about 3 games in a row is....1 - Taren gets hungry, has to eat a bottle because I don't want to pull up my shirt in the middle of a game to nurse, so my milk comes in anyway and my boobs start to hurt....., 2 - after snow cones and then a bit later suckers....kids start to get bored and ansy... plus they miss dinner and they start to get grumpy, 3 - Shad was super grumpy that I was playing more than one game...even though I told him to go home, the kids would be fine, Asia is almost 10 I knew she could help out with Taren and Canyon would play with Taegyn, he stayed anyway getting more and more grumpy....Shad grumpy is NO FUN, 4 - I started to get really tired because I live in ZOMBIE VILLE just in case any of you forgot, so around 9pm I really start to hit a huge wall, and I have guys throwing it at me a million miles an hour because I play first base and it is critical that I get the outs, and sometimes they throw crappy, so I have to dig it out, when I am tired and my eyes hurt, this gets a little sketchy....5 - I just started my new super charged workout on monday, I ended up doing quite a few different kinds of pushups, and assisted pull-ups and I jogged 4.5 miles...this morning I was like, whoa I am not even sore....well by game 3 I was like holy crap I want to go home and soak in a tub.....so the games end, we go home I put the boys to bed and take Dem's kids home, wait I promised them ice cream and I keep all my promises even if it is a school night and at this point 10:30...so we stop at a gas station and they pick out ice cream sandwhiches and such, I am not going to let them eat it in the car...for obvious reasons...so now I am waiting for kids to finish their ice cream and they are savoring every bite, well Dem usually gets home from work around 11, I barely got the kids home and in there Pj's and in walks Dem, she didn't care they were in bed so late...and summer is coming, so I come home, and wash dishes because frankly I don't want to do them tomorrow, I really need to spend most of the day studying for my test on friday, oh yeah did I mention I have a really hard psychometrics test on friday, I do and got hardly any studying done, because....well you know your reading this blog..anyway, I needed my own time so I am writing this blog while feeding Taren and then I am off to bed....Whoo what a day...so enjoy the new picture of my 2 boys...so cute, Taegyn looks so big compared to Taren...:)
Well here I am up and feeding my baby, I think he has got a little sinus infection....it sucks when babies get sick.....He has been having a hard time breathing so I think I may take him to the insta care this morning, I would rather wait until he can see his pediatriction, but he seems to be getting worse.....other than being in zombie ville, I am doing great! the weather is officially hotter here, so summer is officially here...I am getting my road bike tuned up this week so next week (my 6 week post baby date) I can start riding, I want to start training for a duathlon in the fall, run/bike/run.....it should be fun. I also decided I want to get in the best shape of my life...so summer is going to be a lot of fun with lots of activity, I am hoping by the end of July I am where I want to be body wise and ready to race....I have 3 classes left and begin working in the field again at the end of June....I am excited, this is a fun time of year. I am also helping Demeree with her kids, she has started to work full time so I watch them for her! I am thinking of selling our car and buying a used van...I know people I said I would never be a van owner, but SUV's these days are too expensive to drive and I want more room in a vehicle so van......here I come soon! Shad has a game today and he gets to start and the coach told him he has earned a starting position....good for him...he is having a blast with this team, I am glad he has found something that gets him excited about being fit.....life is good, even when you live in zombie ville...:)

So Taren is already a month old, he is so precious and this time around everything is so much easier...because I have done it before and done it well, so I know I am doing a good job with this little cute bug....enjoy the pics...I know I posted tons of blogs today...I couln't help it, there are lots of great pictures and stories to share...:)
